This role will involve working closely with leadership of the Education team and the leadership of the wider Nursing Workforce and you will be expected to act as an innovator in practice and as a role model for our values at all times. The Education team at the James Paget work hard to be at the centre of developing best practice not just at the James Paget University Hospital but across the Norfolk and Waveney system, as opportunities to work closely with other health and care providers arise. Person Specification Were looking for individuals with a positive outlook and can-do attitude who will demonstrate our values in their day- to- day work. This role will suit an individual who is highly organised and forward thinking. You will need to be a positive and confident communicator, able to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels, at all times being approachable, respectful and courteous. You will have, and be able to demonstrate, excellent problem solving skills and be confident to take the initiative when required, leading on projects and reporting to senior nursing colleagues.
