Summary
The HCA has responsibilities to Liaise with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate particularly regarding any concerns regarding patient care Maintain good standards of practice in all areas of work Maintain accurate, contemporaneous & adequate medical records Maintain standards of infection control as per practice policy/guidelines Acknowledge & keep within limitations of HCA role Restock & tidy room at the end of each clinic Please refer to the attached job description for further information.
