Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our dynamic distribution team in Coalville. This is your chance to be a key part of our operations, leading from the front and driving performance.

The Role

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you won't just be managing-you'll be an active, vital part of the team. You will lead by example, participating in all daily warehouse tasks while guiding your team to meet and exceed targets. Your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and accurately.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading & Developing: Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of warehouse operatives.

  • Hands-on Support: Getting involved in all warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Workflow Management: Distributing tasks and managing workflows to hit daily operational goals.
  • Safety First: Ensuring everyone, including yourself, follows health and safety standards.
  • Problem Solving: Resolving operational issues as they arise.
  • Training: Training new team members and supporting their growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with management to improve processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution setting.

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in all general warehouse duties.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
Shift & Benefits:

  • Schedule: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

  • Location: Coalville, Leicestershire.
  • Holiday: 28 days holiday.
