The Role
The Trust is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. Lighthouse Schools Partnership is a mixed MAT and includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
This is an exciting vacancy working within the Central HR Team to provide additional centralised HR support to schools. This will include a wide range of HR administrative activities involving recruitment, payroll, HR systems as well as producing reports and letters. The postholder will work closely with schools across the Trust and central teams and will attend regular meetings.
This post will be based at the Central Team office, with regular visits to individual schools, all based in North Somerset, Bath & Northeast Somerset and Bristol.
We are looking for someone who has good administration experience, working within an office or school environment with a NVQ Level 2 in Administration or a HR related qualification (CIPD L3).
You will have experience in using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
