Summary

Talent Acquisition Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract – 1 Year)

Hybrid Working – Minimum 2 Days per Week in the Office

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Assistant plays a vital role in supporting recruitment activity within our Shared Service team. Joining us on a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of recruitment services while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role, you will coordinate key administrative tasks, manage recruitment communications, maintain accurate documentation and systems, and uphold all process standards. You’ll also collaborate closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers and may occasionally support other areas within the Shared Service team as needed.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

Post job adverts across internal and external platforms, including job boards.
Prepare and issue recruitment documents, such as offer paperwork.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other internal tools, including trackers.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain compliance with GDPR and all data protection standards.
Produce recruitment data and metrics to support Talent Acquisition reporting.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the process.
Support onboarding activities and documentation to ensure a smooth transition for new starters.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on recruitment needs and timelines.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.
Provide centralised administrative support across the Shared Service team, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.

Confident using IT systems and Microsoft packages

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
