Pay & Benefits
£15 per hour (market-leading rate) - BLOCK PAY
27p per mile mileage allowance
Full-time, permanent contract

About the Role
As a Senior Carer, you’ll be a vital link between the Registered Manager, care staff, and clients. You’ll combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, supporting quality, compliance, and staff development across the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out client visits, assessments, care plans, and ongoing monitoring
Complete risk assessments and customer reviews
Support the start-up and review of new care packages
Provide supervision, mentoring, and day-to-day support to care workers
Support staff training and recommend specialist courses where needed
Carry out spot checks to ensure high-quality care delivery
Provide hands-on care, including emergency and fill-in cover
Work back-to-back shifts as part of the rota, including standby shifts
Support neighbouring branches when required
About You
You’re caring, reliable, and confident in supporting both clients and colleagues. You enjoy leading by example and take pride in delivering safe, high-quality care.
You’ll Need:
3–6 months’ domiciliary care experience within the last 3 years (essential)
Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or working towards — enrolment required upon appointment)
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Flexibility to work every other weekend
Willingness to support neighbouring branches when needed
Desirable (but not essential):
PASS and Care Planning (CP) system knowledge
Experience with spot checks, training support, and risk assessments
