The Role

As Breakfast Chef, you will:

-Take full responsibility for the breakfast service
-Prepare and present high-quality dishes to consistent standards
-Manage your section efficiently and maintain excellent hygiene standards
-Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
-Contribute ideas and maintain the high culinary reputation of the business

About You

-Previous experience in a professional kitchen (hotel experience preferred)
-Organised, calm, and efficient during busy services
-Passionate about quality ingredients and presentation
-Strong understanding of food safety and cleanliness
-A team player with a positive attitude
