What does this Healthcare Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work:40 Hours Per Week - Hours Between: 09:00 - 19:00
Care duties include assisting the Service User with the following activities:
Personal Care:
• Dressing and undressing
• Preparing the Clients for Day Care or trips out
• Continence management
• Assisting with the use of aids to daily living / rehabilitation aids, as required.
• Helping with rehabilitation programmes, as prescribed by Healthcare professionals.
Healthcare:
• Assisting Clients to take prescribed medication.
Dietary Care:
• Assisting with feeding, as required.
Domestic/Household Services:
• General cleaning duties, to include cleaning / dusting / vacuuming / polishing / bed-making.
Am I the right person for this Healthcare Assistant job?
• Two years experience as care staff in the UK
• A full UK driving licence holder with access to own car.
• All Care Training Certificates up to date.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
