Summary
This role will require you to:
· Complete mental health assessments and review calls
· Support the development and delivery of psychoeducational groups/workshops
· Support with audits/other service development projects
· Build relationships with partner organisations/other community groups
· Gathering information relating to local/national services that our clients can access and being able to communicate information regarding these services to the wider team
You will have excellent communication skills and a real interest in and knowledge of working with adults experiencing a range of mental health struggles and psychosocial problems in a primary care setting. Enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to work flexibly and without close direction are essential.
Our NHS TT Team is based at Chase Farm Hospital, Enfield. You may be required to work from GP practices and community settings as needed. Currently we are working in a hybrid manner. Requirements: on site 2 days per week & will be required to work a Tuesday evening shift (12pm-8pm).
We will ensure you have a committed team to work with, including a peer group of Assistant Psychologists, PWPs, CBT Therapists and Counsellors, with the opportunity to help us shape and develop the service as it expands. You will be able to access training and staff development, as well as our robust supervision and governance systems. The postholder will report to and be supported by a Senior CBT Therapist.
Completing assessments for clients seeking therapeutic support
Completing review calls with clients who are waiting to access therapy
Facilitating psychoeducational groups and workshops
Supporting with audits and other service development projects where needed
Supporting with service outreach initiatives where needed
Keeping up to date with local and national services that clients can be referred to/accessed and communicating this information to the wider team
Attending weekly group and individual supervision

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington.
