Summary
TeacherActive is delighted to collaborate with a range of secondary schools across Abertillery. We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors in Cwmbran to provide our schools with dependable and high-quality support staff.
Cover Supervisors play a vital role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While the position does not require lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements for the Cover Supervisor Role in Cwmbran
• Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and foster engagement within the classroom
• Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
• A dedicated team of consultants available around the clock to ensure a smooth onboarding process
