Summary
TeacherActive proudly partners with a diverse range of secondary schools across Newport. We are currently seeking professional and dependable Cover Supervisors to join our school network and provide vital support.
Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, exceptional communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements
• Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least six months’ relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and encourage active engagement within the classroom
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments and with various age groups as required
• A committed team of consultants available around the clock to support a smooth onboarding process
