Summary
**Job Title:** Morning Personal Assistant Disabled Parent Support
**Location:** Camden, London
**Hours:** 7:00am1:00pm, 2 mornings per week (Additional hours available for sickness/holiday cover)
**Pay:** £ Self employed hourly Rate is £ 20 ph. PAYE £16.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
**Contract:** Employed via Direct Payments
**Role Overview**
I am a disabled parent with complex health needs seeking a highly reliable, emotionally regulated Personal Assistant to provide structured morning support within a well-organised household.
This is a professional adult support role focused on enabling me to manage my morning routine safely and effectively, while ensuring the household transitions into the day in a calm, predictable way.
Support involving the children is limited to breakfast preparation and structured prompting. This is not a nanny role and does not involve one-to-one childcare.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Structured morning support (prompting, pacing, light practical assistance)
* Maintaining a calm, low-stimulation environment
* Preparing breakfast from an established menu
* Prompting children through morning hygiene and transitions
* Following written systems and routines precisely
* Supporting household stability during morning hours
**The Right Candidate**
* Experienced in disability support, PA work or complex households
* Calm, grounded and emotionally steady
* Highly reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working within clear structure and direction
* Respectful of professional boundaries
* Experience with neurodivergence (desirable)
This role would suit someone who values consistency, predictability and working within an organised framework.

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Two references
* Right to work in the UK
