Leopard Secure Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of its HR functions, ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement, development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, responsible for enhancing our company’s culture, supporting our team, and maintaining the highest standards in HR practices, while aligning with our company's values and mission.
Main duties include:
• Lead and manage the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
• Monitor employee performance, offering coaching and development opportunities to promote growth and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee perks.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes professional growth and a strong team environment.
• Ensure the continuous training and development of staff to maintain the highest standards of security services.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Skills and Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
