Summary
Main Responsibilities
To provide clerical support and coordinate all daily administrative activities . Highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
Working alongside other members of the team with Xero and our inhouse workforce management system (field motion).
Assisting with policy housekeeping , in accordance with BSI, enforcing organization standards.
Others duties
• arranging travel / hotels
• receiving deliveries
• organising returns
• maintain inventory listings
• organise / liaise with contractors
• collate Invoices ready to pass to accounts
raise requisition
raise PO
receipts in goods
chase POD s
match delivery note to invoice
• deal with invoice queries internally / external
• assist with signing in / out of stores
• photocopying / printing documents as and when required
All general office duties to be carried out as daily duties as and when required to assist in the smooth running of the business.
