Turning Point Scotland’s Service in Dumfries & Galloway is seeking a natural leader to join us in a role that is challenging, rewarding, and far from routine. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with a wide range of needs—offering person-centred support and working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
You’ll take on a leadership role at services in Lockerbie & Dumfries ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualised care & support alongside your well-established team.

About the Role
As Service Coordinator, you will:
Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individuals’ needs within their own homes
Encourage service users to engage in meaningful activities, maintain good physical & mental health and wellbeing, and be active members of their community
Work alongside the Service Manager to lead the development and sustainability of our service
Promote a culture of inclusion, safety, and empowerment
Work alongside your team supporting staff development and ensure effective team working
Develop relationships and partnership working
