Summary
See attached job Description for more information Ensure that all review and treatment appointments are made in a timely manner within local and national targets.To assist and co-ordinate partially and fully booked appointments.To validate partially booked and non-partially booked hold files.Undertake any training activity to ensure policies and procedures are understood, and to develop within the role as required.Obtain relevant knowledge of Patient Administration System (PAS) in relation to Health Record functions. Develop PC skills including the use of email and other Microsoft packages relevant to current role.
