Summary
Job Summary The post holder will provide same day assessment and care for patients presenting with urgent or acute clinical needs. This includes both telephone triage and face to face consultations. They will independently assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with minor illness, minor injury, or acute exacerbation of chronic conditions, referring to investigations or external services when required. The Nurse Practitioner will work autonomously within their professional competencies, seeking support from the duty GP as appropriate. Excellent clinical judgement, prioritisation skills, and safe practice are essential to the role
