As a Pathway & Landlord Liaison Co-Ordinator, you will co-ordinate and manage referrals, assessments, allocations, and moves into accommodation. You will work closely with the Single Point of Access (SPOA), local service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth transitions for clients.
You will also be responsible for sourcing and maintaining relationships with landlords, helping to increase access to private and social rented housing, and ensuring that accommodation meets a minimum standard for our clients.
Who we’re looking for:
• A person with an understanding of risk management, property standards and health and safety within housing services.
• Someone with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including via digital channels and social media where appropriate.
• A person with experience of working in supported housing, homelessness services or a related housing environment
