Summary
Team Leader – Construction Offloading
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Team Leader to support and manage offloading operations across construction sites.
This role is suitable for a Subcontractor on a self-employed basis only
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise offloading teams and allocate daily work
• Liaise with customers, site managers, and Area Field Operations
• Conduct site and vehicle audits
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
• Resolve on-site issues during unloading
• Deliver toolbox talks and train new offloading teams
• Monitor attendance, performance, and provide feedback
• Assist with offloading tasks when required
Skills & Experience:
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Experience working on construction sites
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to manage teams and solve problems effectively
• Physically able to assist with offloading when needed
Role Details:
• Involves travel to construction sites
• Mix of supervisory and hands-on work
