Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager / AQUK Supply Chain Coordinator
Position Overview
To coordinate the daily operations of a specialist brand (AQUK). This role ensures maximum dispatch output and seamless goods-in processes while maintaining total stock accuracy through precise physical and systems management.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Management
• Goods In: Formal receipt and logging of all AQUK finished goods, spare parts, and packaging.
• System Integrity: Ensure all physical movements are accurately updated in the inventory system and bin locations in a timely manner.
• Auditing: Lead and assist with periodic physical stock-takes to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Documentation: Process and transfer all delivery and dispatch paperwork to relevant departments without delay.
• Daily Report: Stock management reports to AQUK management
Logistics & Dispatch
• Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and palletise AQUK goods, ensuring all items are correctly banded and secured for transport.
• Courier Systems: Utilize shipping provider software to generate labels and manage tracking data.
• Queries: Serve as the primary contact for AQUK tracking and delivery queries.
Operational Support
• Coordination: Act as a reliable communication link between the warehouse and office-based teams.
• Flexibility: Support the wider PZ team during peak periods as reasonably required.

• Technical: Strong IT literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Precision: High attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping.
• Communication: Ability to coordinate clearly across different departments.
• Physical: Good level of fitness required for manual handling, packing, and palletising.
• Reliability: A disciplined, "can-do" approach within a fast-paced environment.
