Summary
Are you passionate about home interiors and providing excellent customer service?
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Carpet Shop Assistant to join our team!
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Greeting customers and assisting them in choosing the perfect flooring for their needs.
* Providing accurate measurements, calculations, and price quotes.
* Maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming showroom.
* Processing sales transactions and managing stock deliveries.
**Requirements:**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic mathematical skills for calculating floor areas.
* A proactive, helpful attitude and a willingness to learn about different materials.
* Ability to handle physical tasks, such as moving carpet samples.
* Previous retail or flooring experience is a plus, but not essential.
