We are looking for a passionate Educator ready to be a Deputy Room Lead to guide a space where children thrive and teams grow.
In this role, you will:
Deliver inspiring care and education to our children
Support the Room Lead with the day-to-day running and ensure continuity of provision
Be a role model for children and colleagues alike
Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners
Support the Room Lead to ensure a positive, high-standard environment for all
Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
Champion best practice and uphold nursery policies
Complete key admin tasks
Speak up—celebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
