About the Company

We are a small company with 4 small residential care homes for individuals with learning disabilities!

We have 2 three bedded houses and 2 five bedded houses.

We currently have 4 Home Care managers and one Senior Training Manager and now require a 5th Residential Manager to support the Management Team in providing individual tailored residential care for the people we support with learning disabilities.

What does this Registered Manager - Learning Disability job involve?

To undertake individual assessments, care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
Ensure individual needs are met on a day-to-day basis through proper management of staff and allocation of duties.
Provide support to other Home Care Managers to ensure continuity of care to all clients at RoCCS
Overseeing the day-to-day running of a care service.
Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.

We are looking for a highly skilled manager with experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities in residential settings.
The home manager will be able to motivate staff to provide the best quality of care for our clients who have learning disabilities.
The Home Care Manager will help develop the staff team to maximise their performance and potential and work effectively together to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
A caring, dedicated, positive, flexible, committed, forward-thinking and approachable personality is essential.
Candidates looking to apply for this role will need to values lead in their approach to care and ability to work across and support the management of a 24/7 operation.
Experience working as a manager and a Level 5 in Management is required.
Driving is essential for this role
