Summary
Are you a dynamic and motivated pharmacist looking to make a significant impact in both education and clinical practice? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Education and Training team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced clinical pharmacist with excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
• To deputise for the Lead Education and Training pharmacist
• Planning and delivery of the Trainee Pharmacist Foundation year programme
• Developing newly qualified pharmacist
• Effectively contributing to the training of staff
• Acting as a professional role model and mentor in clinical pharmacy practice
• Acting as Designated Supervisor and Designated Prescribing Practitioner to Trainee Pharmacists at SFHT
• To provide efficient, high quality, accurate and cost-effective clinical pharmacy service to the Trust.
