Are you an experienced CNC Setter / Operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that genuinely invests in its people and technology? Our client, a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer in Tewkesbury is expanding due to continued success and investment. As a result, they are looking to hire a CNC professional.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment where training, development, and progression are encouraged.

As a CNC Setter / Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and operating CNC lathes or CNC milling machines (Haas)
• Running manual milling machines alongside CNC equipment
• Loading and proving programs using single block mode
• Inspecting components using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives as the business introduces new processes and a new ERP system
• Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency

We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience setting and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
• Ability to operate manual milling machines
• Experience loading programs and running machines in single block mode
• Confidence using measuring and inspection equipment
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
• Programming experience (desirable but not essential)
• Haas machine experience (preferred but full training provided)
