What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and managing a large SEND team including support staff
• Overseeing EHCP provision, reviews, and statutory compliance
• Driving high-quality inclusive teaching across the school
• Analysing progress data to evaluate and strengthen provision
• Advising and coaching teachers on adaptive practice
• Building strong partnerships with parents and external professionals
