Start Date: After Easter Holiday 2026
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive rate (dependent on experience)
We are looking for compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in Bristol schools.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support
Support pupils with EHCPs
Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff
Promote inclusion and positive learning experiences
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Calm and patient manner
Understanding of safeguarding procedures
Relevant qualifications desirable
