Summary
What you’ll do at work
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
Support children with personal care, feeding, and school readiness
Bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to both indoor and outdoor play
Work closely with your team to maintain high standards of childcare and education
Observe, support, and record children’s progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE Maths and English at grade A*–C (4–9)
Skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Organisational skills
Analytical and logical thinking
Ability to work well as part of a team
Creativity and enthusiasm
