Summary
Complex Care Specialist – Regional Support Team
Female Only (Client Requirement)
Leeds | Bradford | Wakefield
£17.93 per hour (incl. holiday pay) + 30p per mile
Shifts: 7–12 hours days between 7am-10pm various shifts available , Monday–Sunday (weekend availability required) 2:1 runs
Permanent contract available after successful probation

Must be a driver with access to your own car.
Routes Healthcare is building a specialist Regional Complex Care Team supporting clients across West Yorkshire.
This is not standard domiciliary care. You’ll use advanced clinical skills daily while working as part of a dedicated specialist team.
The Role:
• Support clients with complex needs across multiple locations
• Tracheostomy care, suction, ventilation, spinal injury support
• Travel across the region (mileage fully reimbursed)
• 24/7 clinical support from our on-call team

You Must:
• Have 6+ months paid UK care experience (complex care preferred)
• Hold a full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
• Be confident with clinical procedures (training provided )
• Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
