What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Health & Safety team across a mix of project work, data management and coordination tasks, including:

Driving a Manual Handling Improvement Project — reviewing current practices, analysing risk trends, coordinating assessments and supporting practical controls to reduce injuries.
Maintaining and improving H&S data systems — updating matrices, tracking incidents and issues, analysing trends and supporting accurate reporting.
Coordinating training and compliance records — updating training matrices, managing documentation, archiving records and supporting internal training materials.

Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to maintain accurate data and documentation (spreadsheets, trackers, matrices)
Clear and confident communication skills, able to work with different department
Trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive or confidential information
