Summary
FINTEC recruit is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for our international manufacturing client based in the Glasgow region. This is a permanent role with salary up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
Provide design solutions for lifecycle of projects
Create engineering documentation eg specifications, proposals, assembly instructions, test procedures and reports
Check electrical drawings, adhere to standards and regulations
Skills and Experience require for the Electrical Design Engineer role:
Experience in electrical and electronics design
Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience
Generate design calculations
Using design software tools such as CAD packages
Product design experience an advantage, particularly with DC systems
Experience with product lifecycle management system for engineering packages
