About the Role
We're seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to work within a specialist school in Belper that supports pupils aged 4-25 with Autism and a range of associated needs.
Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, or day-to-day basis, depending on what works best for you.
This role is ideal for anyone with experience supporting children or young people with SEND, but we also welcome applicants from care backgrounds, support roles, youth work, sports coaching, or similar fields. Your transferable skills - patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm - are what matter most.
No formal qualifications are required.
