You'll play a key role in helping young people re-engage with education through meaningful, real-world learning experiences.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, outdoor settings)
- Is confident, calm, and adaptable
- Has a genuine passion for outdoor learning and active education
- Is resilient and able to manage behaviour positively
- Works well independently and as part of a team

- Competitive hourly rate of £14.15 per hour
- Unique and rewarding working environment
- Opportunity to gain specialist experience in outdoor and alternative education
- Supportive and welcoming team
