Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real impact in a supportive mainstream primary school? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team to teach a small group of children with SEND (8-10 pupils).

You will teach a group of high needs children in a small class within our mainstream school, alongside highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistants. You will liaise closely with the SENDCO and Headteacher to ensure that pupils with additional needs receive tailored support and guidance. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons alongside your job share teacher that meets the individual needs of each child, helping them to reach their full potential. You will also have the opportunity to share your expertise to support and advise the wider school community to ensure the needs of the children in the classes across the school are being met.
