What skills and experience we're looking for
Clyst Vale prides itself on its Science offer from year 7 to 11 and starting in September 2026, we are looking to recruit an innovative and dynamic Teacher to join our Science Department.
We are looking for:
- An outstanding Physics specialist with excellent subject knowledge;
- A practitioner who is keen to enthuse students using a variety of approaches;
- Experience of teaching Science at GCSE is desirable
- A willingness to contribute to the enrichment activities of the Department;
Applications from ECTs are welcome and we can offer an excellent induction programme, in partnership with the South West Institute for Teaching, as well as a robust and impactful CPD offer for teachers at all stages of their career.
