HR Administrator required at Country Court in Werrington, Peterborough.****Fixed term, 6 Months contract ****Hours: Full Time. 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday - 0900-1700 with one-hour unpaid break Country Court is proud to be a family run business that’s grown over the years to a family of 3,300+ employees and over 45+ care homes. We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our People Team at our Central Services office in Werrington for an initial term of 6 months which, for the right candidate could be extended or made permanent depending on business needs at the end of the 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within HR while making a real impact.Some of your responsibilities as the HR Administrator will include:Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance at every stage.
