We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and beautifully presented hotel located in the G72 9UE area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join a growing kitchen brigade within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role-
Position: Chef de Partie (Permanent)

Working approximately 45 hours per week

Currently 5 days from 7

Planned transition to a 4 days on / 3 days off rota once the full kitchen team is established

Previous experience at Chef de Partie level

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a brigade

Passionate about quality food and maintaining high standards

£28,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
