Job Advert

We’re looking for a proactive Communications and Content Executive to support our brand, content, and digital communications. This
role is ideal for someone with a few years of marketing or content experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to
make a real impact within a small team.

You’ll work closely with our Communications Manager and Marketing team to create content that meets customer needs. You’ll manage
website content, support SEO activity with our agency, and play a key role in growing our social media presence. You’ll also help
with PR activity, drive organic traffic and engagement, and ensure content supports our wider lead‑generation goals.

This is a hybrid role, with some travel to the Birmingham office. Working 35 hours per week working between 8.45am – 4.45pm Monday
to Friday.

About you




Qualifications:

* 2–4 years in a communications, content, or marketing role

* Experience in PR, events, or content marketing is desirable




Knowledge and Experience:

* Experience writing for digital channels and optimising content for SEO
* Experience with writing and leading on PR, awards and media relations
* Experience supporting or coordinating events and awards submissions
* Experience with email marketing tools and customer communications
* Good understanding of brand and tone of voice principles

* Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms




Skills:

* Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication
* Familiarity with social media management and content planning
* Basic SEO and content optimisation
* Organisation and time management
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Basic project coordination and event management skills
