You're in luck as we're on the look out for new colleagues to complete our amazing #TeamBerrybank in Maud on a permanent part-time (16, 20 or 25 hours per week) or relief basis.
Our team and the individuals you'll support
You'll become part of a friendly, warm and fun team who support six individuals all with different support needs to live in their own shared home.
You'll build a genuine relationship with each individual and be part of moments that really matter; whether it's providing support to cook a meal, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood.
In addition to supporting the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, the individuals are all very active and love to get out and about. You could find yourself getting involved in activities like going for walks, riding adapted bikes, swimming, baking and arts & crafts.

About You
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too!
What we'll need you to bring
A caring and compassionate attitude.
The ability to work well in a team.
Good communication and organisational skills.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Confidence in the use of computers.
Due to the rural location and some of the individuals we support having their own mobility cars we will need you to have a full manual, UK driving licence.

Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, our shifts currently fall into patterns of 0900-2130 hours. Sleepovers, weekends and public holidays would also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.
Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of £100.80 per night.
