Summary
Key Responsibilities General practice nurse duties including childhood immunisations, cervical screening, wound management and supporting our healthcare assistants. Chronic disease management with prior experience in diabetes and asthma and COPD preferable (training can be available to develop these skills) Travel vaccination appointments HRT and contraception reviews Support the achievement of QOF and enhanced service targets. Supporting our lead nurse with governance and compliance activities such as infection control. Supervision of our nursing students on placements.
