We have a permanent position available for a mobile Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Horsham - Horsham Community Hospital. Starting salary: From £24,000 (Depending on experience) Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Typical pattern: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Driving licence: Essential DBS: Will be completed before start date Training: Provided as needed Key Responsibilities This role will support the delivery of fabric and maintenance tasks within NHS Property Services premises. Duties include: Carrying out general maintenance and fabric tasks Completing customerbillable works, including: Basic carpentry Painting and decorating General repair work Supporting specialist colleagues (electricians, plumbers, etc.) where required Ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard Where You'll Be This is a mobile role covering Horsham, Burgess Hill & North Sussex with your base hub being Horsham Community Hospital.
