This is a fixed term position for 3 years.



We’re looking for an organised, proactive Active Wellbeing Programme Support Officer to play a key role in coordinating and supporting our growing portfolio of health and wellbeing programmes.

In this varied and rewarding role:

You’ll manage referrals, maintain accurate participant records, support programmelogistics and act as a key point of contact for residents, partners and stakeholders.
You’ll help shape communications campaigns, produce high‑quality reports and champion the use of digital systems to streamline participant journeys and improve service efficiency.
You’ll bring strong administrative skills, excellent communication, confidence using digital systems and experience working in a health, wellbeing, leisure or community setting.
You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
