NCG is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Operations Lead to help shape and deliver marketing, recruitment and communications activity across NCG.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Director of Marketing, Recruitment and Communications and the PR & Communications Manager to manage marketing activity for key NCG projects and platforms.

You'll be a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic marketing professional with significant experience in a marketing role, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. You will be confident juggling multiple deadlines, energised by problem‑solving, and equally comfortable diving into the detail or stepping back to see the bigger picture.
