As a member of the Household Team, you will work under the supervision of the Household Supervisor, working as part of a multi-functional team, whilst contributing towards the excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Children’s, Adult and Non-Clinical Departments of the Hospice.
Previous cleaning, household and housekeeping experience is essential with full awareness and training in COSHH and infection control. In addition, basic knowledge of a palliative care or care setting environment, though not essential, would be an advantage in this role.
Flexibility is key to this support services role with working hours based upon an internal rota which includes mornings, days, evenings, weekend and bank holiday working.
