Vehicle Technician
Independent Family-Run Workshop | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a friendly, well-established independent workshop where you’re more than just a number?
Our client is a respected family-run business with a strong local reputation, and they’re looking to add a skilled Technician to their growing team.
The Role
You’ll be working on a wide range of vehicles, carrying out:
• Servicing and routine maintenance
• Mechanical repairs
• Cam belt replacements
• Clutch replacements
• General diagnostics and fault finding
This is a hands-on role within a supportive workshop environment where quality workmanship is valued.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong mechanical skills (cams, clutches, servicing & repairs)
• Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
• Experience working across multiple brands
• MOT Tester licence (or willingness to train)
What’s on Offer
• £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday only – 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
• 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Ongoing training and development (including MOT qualification)
• Free onsite parking
