Location: Paisley (PA3)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:45 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 15:30 (30-minute lunch)

Position Title: Customer Service Administrator
Job summary/purpose:
The Customer Service Administrator supports the Customer Service team with administrative duties relating to the resolution of customer issues, tasks and complaints once customers have moved into their new home. This includes logging information onto Dynamics, raising supporting paperwork for invoices and contra-charges, processing cheque requests, allocating works to Customer Support Operatives, suppliers or subcontractors, and ordering and chasing materials. The role requires adherence to company processes, procedures and health and safety regulations.
Primary responsibilities:
Customer Service Delivery
• Acts as a role model in delivering excellent customer service
• Maintains positive and professional interactions with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in all communications
Operational Support
• Completes work within required SLA timeframes
• Allocates emails from the Customer Service inbox appropriately
• Allocates works to operatives, suppliers or subcontractors
• Orders and chases materials
• Logs information accurately onto Dynamics
• Produces reports to support issue resolution
• Raises accurate paperwork for invoices, contra-charges and cheque requests
• Builds effective working relationships internally and externally
Continuous Improvement
• Takes responsibility for personal development
• Improves written and verbal communication skills
• Suggests more efficient and cost-effective ways of working
• Maintains knowledge of products and specifications to support informed customer conversations
Additional managerial and leadership responsibilities:

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Customer Service team Preferred
Experience Required
• Previous experience within a Customer Service environment would be advantageous
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using databases and internal systems
