Summary
* To ensure that prescriptions are up-to-date, revised and changed according need patient needs or changing condition acting promptly on requests from outside agencies * To carry out medication reviews of patients on repeat medicines and amend prescriptions according to patient needs or changing conditions * To add / amend medication in patient records from hospital letters * To manage the repeat prescribing processes * To carry out prescribing audits as required * Attend and participate in any Practice meetings
