What you'll bring Proven experience working in a policy environment, ideally within health, justice or government. Strong analytical and judgement skills, with the ability to identify, qualityassure and interpret complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to clearly explain complex issues to senior audiences. A strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, plan work effectively and deliver highquality outputs. Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
