Summary

To be responsible for providing a high standard of patient focussed quality care by assessing, diagnosing and developing specialised and complex care programmes for patients with diabetes within the service criteria. You must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car to use regularly for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). In addition to the basic salary, this post may attract, where applicable and dependent on base, A High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum and a maximum payment per annum, pro rata Whilst it is not a legal requirement, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust encourages and supports all staff to be vaccinated as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19.
