Qualifications Essential: Professional registration (HCPC, NMC, AHP registration) and/or BABCP accreditation. Completed training in CBT for Psychosis at Diplomaequivalent level (or willingness to undertake topup training). Desirable: EMDR training. Additional training in TraumaFocused CBT and/or BFT and/or Mood on Track. Experience Essential: Experience delivering CBT to people with psychosis. Experience applying CBT models to anxiety and mood disorders, including complex presentations and trauma. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams. Desirable: Experience in an Early Intervention in Psychosis service. Experience in service development or improvement activity. Knowledge and Skills Essential: Strong knowledge of CBT and CBT for Psychosis models and interventions. Ability to work autonomously and manage a clinical caseload. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problemsolving skills. Ability to contribute psychological perspectives to MDT working. Understanding of safeguarding, risk, and professional accountability. Desirable: Knowledge of ARMS frameworks and evidencebased interventions. Awareness of relevant NICE guidelines and EIP standards. Other Requirements Essential: Ability to travel across a large geographical area during the working day. Flexibility around service needs.
